Unfortunately it won't be possible to advise you face to face at the International Center because of Corona Pandamic. But we know about some problems, that we have to try to solve as fast as possible and on the best way. That's why we want to offer you the possibility to get advised not just via e-mail, but also through a video consultation on Zoom.

INFORMATION ON CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

Don't worry about your module plan of the Certificate Program 'Fit 4 your future career in Germany'. It doesn't matter, if you can fulfill all the modules until the end of your study program. We will also accept, if you couldn't attend in all events and you will nevertheless get a certificate! But please try to take part in events as much as possible, use our new online offers!

SHORT-TIME WORKING AND HARVEST HELPING

We will help you with als request on job related things due to the corona pandamic! Here are just a few information for you:
  • Short-time working: You employer has to apply for Short-time work allowance at Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit), if the company pay for your job full taxes and social security contributions. That does not apply to working students and mini jobs (450,-€/month). But just ask you employer, if there is any possibility!
  • Harvest helping: If you loose your job because of the corona pandamic, you could work as harvest helper! Farmers here need thousands of helpers! In most cases you can apply directly as helper at the farms.
