Course Content Across four blocks – language experience, linguistics, cultural studies and literary studies – students will expand their research, referencing and formatting skills, read and discuss a variety of academic texts with view to methodology, structure and content, and work on their own writing by assembling a portfolio of text samples across the semester. As focus is placed on writing as a continuous process, there will be ample opportunity for students to give feedback to each other and to revise their work in light of the peer feedback received.
